Acceptance of terms

By accessing vedhaan.ai or using the Vedhaan.AI platform you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Use of the platform

You agree to use Vedhaan.AI lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to use our messaging, AI calling or automation tools to send spam or content that violates applicable regulations or WhatsApp Business policies.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically for the chosen billing period until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of all content and customer data you upload. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
